One of my tricks favorite cooking is to make delicious recipes, easy, no shakes protein powder my favorites. While most convenient snacks are highly processed and loaded with added sugars, this incredible delight rich protein uses only 5 ingredients and takes less than ten minutes. What are you waiting for?
If you're like me and my son and love desserts, strawberry truffles these not only provide better food, but taste and amazing flavor!
This recipe uses our new flavor of our whey protein grass-fed which has become my new go-to for a portable snack or breakfast option (my child loves it too! ). Be sure to check this one out if you are looking for a new option in your meal or snack rotation. Enjoy!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooling time: 30 minutes
Win 12 truffles
Ingredients
- 1 serving of whey protein strawberries and cream
- salt Pinch of Celtic Sea
- 2 oz coconut milk organic (or your favorite nut milk)
- 1 tbsp. Sunflower seed butter (or your favorite nut butter)
- 1 ounce of macadamia nuts, crushed to decorate
Directions
- In a bowl, mix whey protein and salt in the Celtic Sea.
- With a fork mix and mash with coconut milk and almond butter.
- The use of hands are in a big ball of dough. Then roll on 12 balls of equal size.
- Place crushed macadamia nuts in counter or dish and roll each truffle ball in crushed nuts as evenly covered.
- truffles refrigerate at least 30 minutes (or overnight). Enjoy!
