I like sweet desserts, but sometimes it's nice to have something a little sharper or sour - especially after a big meal. The strong, bitter taste provides a good cleaning of the mouth before sitting down to enjoy a good coffee!
This recipe is another easy that even a beginner could make full kitchen. Low in fat but rich in flavor, this is a very healthy dessert made
Ingredients - Serves 2 / makes 1 pint
2 cup frozen tart cherries
½ Natural cup under Greek fat yogurt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ Natural cup under Greek fat yogurt (not a misprint - you'll see why in a minute)
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Method
1. Mix the cherries, ½ cup Greek yogurt and vanilla until smooth. Mixers recommend .
2. Pour the mixture into a plastic box that can be sealed.
3. Mix ½ cup of yogurt and honey together and remaining Greek drizzle over the rest of the mixture. Gently swirl the mixtures together.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
