Ok, so here exactly how to do Day 1 in the plan detox diet:
at 5 pm night before you start your plan, you will have the last meal. You will not eat again until the next night at 17:00
During this time, no food will be allowed and only these drinks :.
When the fast is broken at 5 pm the following night, you are allowed to eat sources of single protein approved and low carbohydrate vegetables in one big meal
Proteins approved:.
high quality protein whey , lean chicken breast, lean beef, whole eggs, salmon, cod, and Turkey
All cooking methods allowed except for frying.
approved low carbohydrate vegetables.
Broccoli, artichoke, asparagus, beets, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, celery, kale, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, peppers, onions, squash
With methods cooking: steamed, microwaved, raw, boiled. You can also cook with extra virgin oil or Olive coconut oil and lightly salt and pepper them.
Day 2. Vehicles Vehicle in vegetables

If you find fast too hard in the morning, the first food shocks when needed. Some people respond better to fast than others.
Day 3. vegetables and proteins
Day 3 is similar to Day 2 with a little twist. During his 1 st and 3 rd meals is added in 25grams of protein approved.
No additional flavoring can be added, only salt light, pepper, and cook with olive oil extra virgin or coconut oil allowed
Example Hours :.
11:00 - Lunch 1 (vegetables + 25 grams of protein approved)

9:00 pm-3 meals (vegetables)
