'll need
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sliced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
How
all you have to do is mix the ingredients together and microwave for about 30 seconds. Wait for it to cool to a comfortable temperature and drink! According to Ela Gale, if you drink first thing in the morning when you wake up and last thing before going to sleep at night - on an empty stomach on both occasions - that will increase your metabolism and gives your other eating habits a healthier helping hand.
