Guinness ice
Guinness ice cream recipe is simple to make, and part of four ingredients is wonderful, too. You can use any type of dark beer flavored chocolate and add some additional flavors.
Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup beer (8 oz single bottle of Guinness)
- 1 cup heavy cream

Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.

Recommendations:
- Beat beer for a while to flatten. The carbonation will mess with the texture of ice cream.
- Do not cook the beer on the floor to get the alcohol out of it.
- Do not use too much beer in ice cream. Too much beer (alcohol) to keep your ice cream setting.
- If you are using a beer or excessively bitter hops, consider increasing the sugar ¼ cup up if you want more of a classic flavor of ice cream.
