Thank you all so much for all your kind words, comments and emails this week! His words mean a lot to me and I am grateful to share my experience, history and life here on coffee cake and Cardio.

One of Neal and my goals this summer is to go for careers evening after work. We do not have a fixed schedule or a certain number of races we like to do every week, but we definitely want to go racing when we can. Note - We signed up for the Army 10 Miler !! Anywho, after a long day inside Wednesday, called Neal on the way home and asked if I wanted to go running to get home. He happily accepted, so hit the trail around 19:00 when both arrived home.

Run
We made a loop 2 miles near our house, running 1.75 miles (22:15) and then walk the last. 25 (5:16) back to our house. It was a beautiful night for a race and we were both really great. Once home, we have cleaned, dinner as a family ate, and played with Magnolia a little before putting down at night.

Neal and Ashley
I've been working in the past not eat 20:00 21:00 absolute being cut off if I have a dinner late. It's really amazing the amount of food he was eating after 20 o'clock before meeting with Weight Watchers and how I am tempted to eat more than 20 o'clock now. I do not know whether it is routine, habit, stress, boredom, or a combination of all four, but I'm really tempted of food at night. I will not even be hungry and want sweets of any kind or carbohydrates. 20:00 treatment as my cutoff point has really helped. Just do not let me eat past 20 o'clock, if I've had dinner. No exceptions.

Wednesday (it is desperately needed to get supplies)
breakfast - mint tea (0SP), links turkey sausage (3SP), 2 eggs (4SP)
Wagshals lunch - vegetable sandwich (13sp), dill pickle chips (8SP) and peach tea (3SP)
Snack-- Pure Protein bar chocolate chip (5sp)
Dinner - whites egg (1SP), links turkey sausage (3SP), a few mouthfuls of pasta Magnolia (2SP)

Pure Protein
Yesterday was my day flex, so enjoyed a beautiful day for me! As Magnolia took to bed Wednesday night, we slept until 7:45 am on Wednesday morning. It was glorious! After taking her to the nursery that the zipper to the gas station, stopped by the dry cleaners, and ran down the bank.

At 11:30 am I went on a long walk of an hour with a friend around the lake during your lunch break and then headed to Costco for some groceries. I took a lot of products, eggs and egg whites, chicken sausages, and some of the staples of the magnolia. I also found these new for me cups quinoa salad (4SP) and was keen to try out for lunch.

I cut some romaine lettuce and topped with quinoa salad, grilled chicken and raspberry sauce Lite nut Ken . It was a delicious lunch and quinoa salad was delicious!

Before picking Magnolia picked me up the house a bit and then watched an episode of The Walking Dead. I am currently seeing bingeing and I'm a little obsessed. I just started Season 3. So good!

Thursday
Breakfast - Egg whites (1SP), links turkey sausage (3SP) and cheese (7SP)
lunch - Lettuce (0SP), decoration (4SP), chicken (2SP), and quinoa salad (4SP) and 3 of Hershey Kisses (3SP)
Snack-- frozen banana (0SP), peanut butter 2 tablespoons (8SP), protein powder (2SP)
afternoon snack - chocolate Pure Protein bar peanut candy (5sp), 3 Oreos S'mores (9SP)
FitPoints - 16

closed our Thursday with a walk family by the lake and then watched the National magnolia game after he went to bed. I have much work to do today in the office before the long weekend so I'm locking my office today. We're staying here in Washington DC for the weekend of Memorial Day, but I'm raring to have three days at home. I intend to do some gardening and I'll check out some colors paint the front door and kitchen. I am sure that we will spend a lot of time outdoors with Magnolia too!
