early in the morning:

- 1 glass of vegetable juice, or green tea
- 1 cup, or
- 1 whey glass (curdled skim milk)
- 1 salad plate
- 2 chapati or 1 bowl of brown rice

- 1 cup dal
- 1 cup of curd / salsa yogurt (skim milk)
night Snacks
- 1 cup roasted bengal gram (unsalted, with skin), or
- 1 khakhra, or
- 1 cup outbreaks bhel
- 1 cup wheat broken dahlia + 1 cup dal, or
- 2 chapatis + 1 cup of vegetables + 1 cup dal
- 2 vegetable mixture Kiss chila (on oil)
bed time: warm water 1 glass Lucas
foods to avoid -
