On day 12 aim board for a total of 90 seconds. Day 13 there will be another day off before resuming with 90 seconds on days 14 and 15. When 16 and 17 roll around, aim for 120 seconds.
On day 18, board for 150 seconds and take on 19 .

Day 24 is when maintained for 210 seconds. Take day 25 off and keep the plate for another 210 seconds at 26. day
When 27 rolls around, keep the plate for 240 seconds and 28 plank for as long as you can!
