1. Routine night

In reality, life at the time is always better, and my son would grow up without the feeling that he must always be available to electronics as well. If I'm not taking pictures, I'm looking for recipes for dinner, check email, or do a quick search on the internet that is a random fact I should know the answer to now (because, well, I can). Instead, our new habit is to have a station specific charge for our phones, which connects them to get home from work and stay there until the morning (even can re-use a good ol 'fashioned alarm clock!). This simple healthy habit will lead to a series of other healthy habits as well as read before bedtime, avoiding backlit displays that disrupt sleep and reality, talking with family members.
