A: As I mentioned, I like to mix things up! I recently started listening to podcasts during my workouts, so I'm improving my uncle and my mind all at the same time. It was a fun way to mix things up and keep my exciting training

a: once the weight came off, I became much safer and more comfortable in my own skin. I have found that exercise was the best part of my day and what has really helped me become more focused and energetic person. a: I usually weigh myself once a week, just to make sure I stay in "my rank."

To: Usually I'll start eating about 11 or 12 and I eat a meal with lots vegetables and lean protein and I'll eat a bite or two, as necessary and dinner and then a well-balanced and then the kitchen will close at 7 pm and finish eating. I factor in some kind of treatment every day! I just make sure that it fits into my calories and macros

A: I like be around 1500-1600

A: I love packages snap peas and guacamole! They are so easy to take and take and are super rich! Love Quest also bars! They are like eating a chocolate bar and are a delight to taste
