Day 5: Snap out of a bad mood
Learn to change what it means something to you and to identify something positive about the situation.
Why it is important
One reason often feel angry, frustrated, or stressed is because we are thinking negative thoughts. Usually, our bad mood is linked to an external event. Something has happened that we think should not have happened. Or something is not happening what we think should happen.
Negative thoughts affect their emotions. In turn, your emotions skewing biochemical and endocrine systems. When you learn to better manage their moods, you become wiser about how to manage your life.

think of a situation that is bothering you. Identify the underlying emotion. Is fear, anger or frustration? Now, decide to interpret this situation otherwise. Order the lesson of the situation. Ask how you can change things for the better or how to practice detachment in the chaos. By asking the right question, you begin to see the situation in a new way.
Usually we are upset by others or ourselves. Although you can not control other people, you can use negative behavior as a signal to improve yourself. Or, if you are angry with yourself for making a mistake, they use it as a lesson to improve how you will handle things better in the future. Interestingly, what was bothering now can become a source of inspiration.

With the new information and strategies acquired along this challenge, you have enough to start with meditation on the fly. Once you succeed in making it a habit, the benefits they reap will be more than enough to motivate stick with it
