Finally Friday!
This was the longest in the face of the earth week! Ok, I'm being a bit dramatic, but it was a long week! I thought Wednesday was Thursday and then I woke up Thursday morning thinking it was Saturday. The days were very long and although a little stressful, it ended up being a productive week and an amazing week at Weight Watchers.
I was in Baltimore on Friday and Saturday for job training and then had a very traditional week here in DC the rest of the week. The time here in DC this week was pretty impressive, so ended up with some very good walks with Neal and Magnolia. I only had a high intensity training, but with a crazy work week, it was nice to enjoy longer walks out with my family as a way to decompress.

he was also very proud of my diet this week. I felt really great about what I ate in Baltimore and stayed within my SmartPoints every day this week working. I did not do too much and worked all my points, including a pair of pieces of candy and a cookie yesterday. I do not take pictures of everything I ate this week, but I did repeat a lot of meals. Here are some of my favorites.

I am very happy to have lost what I won last week and a bit more. Next week I'm at home and I plan my meals ahead of time. I have also planned some great workouts, so I'm looking forward to. It was a hectic week, but I feel pretty good.

Total weight loss : -6.4 pounds
