for me, summer is very difficult to fit in workouts consistently time. I am traveling what appears to be every weekend and can not always make it to the gym or for a class. So, in preparation for this annual pattern of mine, I began to adopt a new regime that could take anywhere. Pilates was the answer, and the difference that I have seen in my body is pretty amazing.

Luckily I took a Pilates Reformer class before taking a kind of mat, because I found that I liked more. After my first session was over, I sat down with the instructor to discuss what areas we really wanted to focus on are: toning my buttocks and thighs and improve my position.

I feel stronger in my midsection and you see a change from the waist down, but the real test will come as vapors summer ahead. I am sure that you have the knowledge and ability to practice Pilates, either in a studio or on a towel on the beach, I encourage you to make time for exercise, no matter where my travels take me warm weather.
