Objectives for the summer!

Yesterday was a really awesome day! I stayed up late Sunday night watching the NBA Finals and 1/2 an episode of OITNB, but got up to OrangeTheory and kick my butt 500m consecutive time! Every 6 months OrangeTheory has a week of High Performance. In the course of 5 days, members compete for the fastest 500m row, distance 24 minute challenge cellar table, row 2000m, and 1 mile run. In January I had the fastest 500m row (39 and under) for my study with a time of 1:26 and raring to overcome this time yesterday. I was in a 1:21 pace hit 500 meters at one twenty-three !! I pumped! Later in the week we will publish the best of times, but boy was very happy with my time.

After row 500 we did our normal exercise session; weight room (resistance) and ribbon (hills and sprints). Once home prepared me for the job and made a breakfast sandwich murderer. 2 slices of breaking the murderer of Dave (8SP), 2 eggs (4SP), 3 turkey sausage links (3SP), and 1 slice of cheese (2SP). My day job was a little weird, so I had watermelon and half a banana day and was finally able to heat my lunch around 3:30 PM. He had the Mexican remaining ground turkey and brown rice (8SP) and a salad with dressing Bolthouse (2SP).

After work I took Magnolia, made her dinner and then made myself dinner. I craving vegetables and hummus, so I added 2 tablespoons of hummus All (2SP) to a whole FlatOut Foldit (3SP) and topped with cucumbers (0SP). It was incredible!

I closed the day with a walk around the neighborhood with Neal and Magnolia. Neal and I talked of Kane Show for all our walk. Can anyone smell the end of someone's career? Once home I made dinner Neal and I made a toasted tortilla (4SP) and enjoyed some cherries (0SP). It was a really awesome day !! Well, it was the first day of summer !! Yay!

It was a long winter and a strange spring, so I'm very excited summer is here. We had some hot days in DC, but mostly past has been a good "unofficial beginning of summer." I am looking forward to walk at night with my family, going to baseball games, seeing Billy Joel in July, speaking a few days of much-needed vacation, and make more of an effort to be fully present.

Objectives for the summer

1. Spend less time watching television and using my iPhone and enjoy these summer months.

2. Lose weight! I really want to lose 15-20 pounds over the next 3 months.

3. ¡Pintar !! I want to paint my door, bathroom vanity and kitchen!

4. Tourism Washington DC to enjoy the city (monuments, museums, restaurants, etc.).

5. Attend some baseball games (national and Frederick Keys).

6. Take some time off work and truly vacation.

7. Get organized and ready for 2016-2017 academic year.

8. Update our cellar room bathroom and a project plan of the house for the coming years.

9. Eat seasonally and try new recipes.

10. Show Magnolia all that summer has to offer (pills splash, trips to the aquarium, long walks, popsicles, whatever!).
