Medicine balls come in a variety of weights and get up, throw, and caught in a variety of ways to exercise. For this exercise, it is best if paired with someone of the same resistance. You'll want to grab a weight that allows the two to complete 3 sets of 15 repetitions per exercise. If the weight is too easy, increase slightly. If it is too hard, to decline slightly.
