Stressed, but focused

After weeks of full travel and meetings / training day for work, I'm finally back in the office for a full week. My schedule is already packed to the gills every day this week, but I'm happy to have 5 days to focus on some of the larger projects.

Yesterday morning I woke up at 4:15 in the morning and headed to OrangeTheory. The training was amazing and gave me a big calorie intake by 620 calories (!). Before walking out the door for work I enjoyed 2 eggs (4SP) and a blueberry muffin English (5sp).

Breakfast
I was in meetings back to back, literally, from 8:30 AM-1: 40pm. I ate my quick lunch before my appointment 14:00. I had a medium potato (4SP), turkey meatballs 4 Trader Joe (5sp), and a handful of cherry tomatoes (0SP). I entire container heated for 5 minutes, allowing tomatoes burst. It was a very nice lunch!

Lunch
I left work around 17:10 and ate a bar of chocolate chip pure protein (5sp) on my way to the playgroup.

Pure Protein
Once home, I Magnolia and dinner. I made a roast chicken, turkey salami, provolone cheese, and baby spinach sandwich bread Killer Dave (14sp) for me and washed down with a good old cherry Trigo (5sp).

Dinner
Neal was such a love and brought me some flowers home from work and helped me a lot around the house while I They got a few things before bedtime. It was certainly a day of high stress, but I'm very proud of my training and my meals. That may have been stressed, but I was focused!
