Fitness Marshall: This is so funny. With dance, you can release a passion; I do not think of it as a workout, it's just I live in the moment. [Through dance] I noticed a change in my body, but I felt much better, peppier, and more alive. I make it a point to create dances that are a whole body workout, and work each side of the body evenly.

PS: How long does it take for you to create a dance video

FM: depends; if I hear a song and I love it, I'll start that coreo established. Some songs [like" pressed the accelerator "] take three hours, some take a week, but the response time is very fast. We shot in one take!

FM: The most important thing is just to get moving. With my videos, a lot of times you'll hear people say beforehand, "Oh, I was a little intimidated by it," but then take the class or make the video and realize that it is only movement and doing what you can. And have fun! Because it's not about doing everything right the first time. Just get started, and feel comfortable with being more active.

PS: Who inspires

FM: Richard Simmons has been a big personality and fitness have always admired the way he always he is himself, and just very different. . . that stands out. I like to take that energy and inspiration mixed with my favorite dance, Britney Spears. [Editor's note: This combination is such an accurate description of his personality.]

PS :? Favorite song

FM: My favorite song of all time is "Cinderella" of Britney Spears. I am a crazy fan of Britney; it's a little crazy. I took an online questionnaire with 693 questions to find out what Britney Spears song is for you, so you can safely say it's "Cinderella"!
