Lauren Rabadi: hated the diet yo-yo. I would go up and down in weight often and knew it could not be healthier. So the New Year's Day 2012 gave myself the goal of being slim and fit and healthy before July. And I did achieve the goal to educate myself on proper nutrition, realizing that the weights were not the enemy, and keeping constant!

PS: What is your favorite form of exercise

LR: I love spinning class. It is ideal for high energy, calorie burning sessions.

PS: What is your weekly exercise schedule

LR: try to work out four to five times a week; I divide up my week with two or three Interview cardio sessions and three fifty-seven weight / resistance training [sessions].

LR: always change it up! I am a very active person options user to set different workouts to try every week. I also like to try body weight exercises before jumping into the shower first thing in the morning; definitely it makes you feel more awake and done!

LR: I used to follow for weight, but with time he became exhausting and frustrating. Now just I tell by how clothes fit and take pictures of progress.

LR: I prefer to make my meals and snacks instead of buying. My day starts with black coffee and a mixture of berries, yogurt and oatmeal. Lunch is usually a salad or wrap with a protein and lots of vegetables. Dinner, usually eat late at night because of my schedule, it is a lean protein and vegetables with a carburetor (either a sweet potato, quinoa, rice, etc.). My snacks are whenever necessary and proceed fruit, protein shakes, energy or homemade bites.

LR :. do not tell them, but I think they are usually about 1,500 to 2,000 calories, depending on hunger that I have or how much my workouts are

LR: almond milk, oats, chia seeds, chicken, Ezekiel bread , protein powder and eggs . They are very versatile and can be used for meals, snacks and smoothies.
