Allergies are the result of disorders of the immune system recognizes an allergen as harmful, but it is not. In Ayurveda it is believed that there are three energies - vata, pitta and kapha, which are essential for a healthy body. Pitta dosha flawed results in the release of certain toxins in the deep tissues such as Rakta (blood), rasa (plasma nutrient), mamsa (muscles) and lasika (lymphatic system). And toxins (AMA) accumulations lead to various skin allergies. Whereas imbalanced kapha dosha results in respiratory allergies.
1.Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum) - Tulsi is also known as holy basil and It is important from medicinal and religious aspect. It is very useful to manage GIC Allern reactions in the body and provides good health benefits. It helps maintain healthy immune system and respiratory system.
