Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon melted butter or ghee
2/3 cup chutney
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder and salt. Beat until smooth.
- Mix the cauliflower in chickpea dough, making sure to cover each piece completely, then place in a battered cauliflower, leaf lightly greased nonstick baking. Bake for 15 minutes, pulling halfway.
- Meanwhile, combine melted butter and hot sauce in a large bowl, stirring frequently. When the cauliflower is done, remove from oven and stir gently into the mixture of hot sauce. Place cauliflower back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 25 minutes until it becomes crispy. Cauliflower allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
