The slow carb diet, Tim Ferris suggests having any fruit.
Except for one day a week, which is on your cheat day.
Apart from that, the slow carb diet and Diet Mashi Hashi are the same.

Briefly, here are the rules of the slow carb diet as presented in The body four hours
- Do not eat bread, pasta grains such as rice or oats, except for your cheat day.

I am even more body fat of 20 percent.
I want to win this bet, for me and for all other fat bastards out there.
I want to win this bet for old fat bastards too.
I feel your pain!
I know the sense of desperation to get thinner and stronger.
I know firsthand how weight loss can change your life in our society based on the material.

You can get a beautiful bride smoking.

You can even improve your health, even though they think the money and the girl have more weight!
Especially more weight when it comes to motivation.
The proof is that my friend who still teases me as fat bastard, who taunted me with this bet!

The problem is that I am still losing this bet.
I have about six months ahead and I'm nowhere near body fat of 10 percent.
I'm not even below 20 percent body fat!
Why throw $ 10,000?
I know it's good for the money.
You can do many things with ten thousand dollars, right?
take a vacation, buy new clothes, call meathead to lose the bet!

Slow Carb Diet Review - Ground Zero - 7 July 2016
So I started today, indeed at night.
7/7 sounds like a good number.
202.5 pounds, 23.6 percent body fat and 26 BMI does not sound like good numbers.
However, the reality is what reality is.
Therefore, it makes no sense to pretend that I am no more than 200 pounds.
Now that we have that out of the way.
Here is the plan:
For each meal, with vegetables, beans or vegetables and a protein.
Tomato is good and avocado is a welcome addition.
Breakfast:
Black beans, spinach, 3 boiled eggs
Lunch:
beans, spinach, sliced turkey breast
Cena:
raw salad, King Ora salmon, pinto beans, chicken soup, broccoli

Breakfast:
black beans, add spinach, and add 4 slices empire roasted slices of turkey breast
Lunch:
beans, add broccoli, along with chicken soup
Cena:
raw salad, King Salmon Ora, with the addition of pintos and broccoli beans

Breakfast:

Slow Carb Diet Menu Review - 10 July 2016
Today, I weighed myself in the morning before breakfast.
The numbers are:
a total weight of 198.1 pounds, with 23.2 percent body fat and body mass index 25.7.
These figures are much better than just two days ago.
From Friday morning until this morning, I'm down 2.4 pounds.
Therefore, the plan looks good so far, let's see what happens.
I want to 10k!

At least the numbers are pointing in the right direction.
First, who started the day with a shake of Isagenix Pro IsaLean® with 30 grams of protein.
My plan is to do a chest workout at the gym:
First, the bench press
Second, Incline Press
third, Dips
and then do pushups at home.
So the plan is for the following foods:
Breakfast:

Lunch:
beans, add spinach and the rule of turkey
Cena:
raw salad, tofu stir-fry, pinto beans, with spinach
And finally, a glass of wine.

Raw salad recipe:
cucumber slice, add red onion, and dill pickle garlic, together with a tomato.
Finally, top the salad with pepper stuffed olives, cilantro or dill, and add a few drops of lemon.
Salmon
Place the olive oil in the pan and start cooking the salmon skin side up.
Let's cook salmon for a couple of minutes, then turn over salmon.

Add a teaspoon of cumin and coriander a teaspoon and a half teaspoon of turmeric.
Add a half pound of chicken breast cut into the pan and stir.
cook chicken thoroughly, about 15 minutes.
Add two cups of mushrooms.
Cook for another 3 -. To 5
Finally, add the cilantro on top.

Most importantly, we hope that we have found a solid way how to lose 20 pounds in 30 days!
