Start your diet without sugar
If you are like me, you have probably tried a lot of different ways to lose weight. In fact, I've lost count of the number of diets that I followed. Some, like Fix 21 days have worked very well, while others have been a total failure!
Of all the diets I've tried, which have had the most success with was also the most simple - is the sugar-free diet and which I tend to recommend to most people when ask me how they can lose weight
sugarless diet is as simple as it sounds -. cut and refined sugar added. Many unhealthy foods are loaded with added sugar and refined to avoid these foods, calories are easily and painlessly reduced and also do a lot of good things for your health.
Sugar, you see, is very bad for you. I am not discussing natural sugars such as those found in fruit or milk sugars but normally not available in large quantities in nature. Sugar is added to many foods - even salty fries and soups like - because they make you eat more so buying more. Added sugar does no good at all, but it helps food manufacturers make more and more money.
The problem with sugar and refined sugar
What is so refined and added so it is not healthy? That is a good question -. Let's take a look
- Sugar is a thief of nutrients does not provide vitamins or minerals, but requires a lot of these nutrients for their "digestion. It literally steals vitamins and minerals your body If you are not eating a lot of healthy foods, this means you could end up malnourished -.. not a lack of calories, but the lack of nutrients that are vital to your health is why the sugar calories are often called empty calories.
- sugar is inflammatory. inflammation is a serious health problem. When you scratch your skin, often seen appear a line swollen red - which is inflammation Now imagine that same swelling inside his body.. in the blood vessels, heart, lungs and brain that can not be good - right
inflammation is the main cause of many diseases to the list, but included heart disease, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, obesity, diabetes and some cancers. If you care about your health, the last thing you need is more inflammation! - Sugar cravings cause. The more sugar you eat, the more you want. Sugar raises levels of blood glucose and your body responds by producing insulin to lower these levels down again. However, insulin is often too good at his "work so they end up suffering low blood glucose This makes you want more sugar and so eat some -.. For example a chocolate bar A again, the level of glucose in the blood rises quickly, and then quickly back down again.
As a result, you end up constantly suffering glucose high or low blood and causes cravings. the more, the more weight you eat that will win. - weight gain. sugar contains the same number of calories as protein, but it is much more likely to result in weight gain. insulin, hormone mentioned above, it becomes fat storage, capacity and blocks fat burning. a diet high in sugar is much more likely to cause weight gain than eating the same amount of calories from protein or healthy carbohydrates like vegetables and fruits.
- sugar-rich foods are high in calories. junk food invariably contains a lot of sugar and therefore a lot of calories. One can of soda provides about 40 grams (eight teaspoons of sugar!) And 140 calories or more. Compared with pure water, tea or coffee (which are essentially free of calories) that is a lot of unwanted that will soon lead to weight gain power.
- bad for teeth. Sugar causes tooth decay - period. The acid attacks the sugar tooth enamel causing tooth decay. This means a) more visits to the dentist and B) more expensive dental bills.

What is the sugar-free diet?
The sugar-free diet is very easy to understand - just look at the food you eat and avoid anything that contains added sugars. You will need to read the ingredients list and check but if a food has a high sugar content (sugar appears at the top of the list of ingredients) should not eat.
The recommended daily amount of added sugar is 25 grams for women and 37.5 grams for men. Make sure you stay below these figures.
can still eat most of your favorite foods like pizza, fruit, vegetables, meat, pasta, rice, etc., but can not and should not eat anything with added or refined sugars.

For many years fought a sugar addiction of my own and suffered the adverse effects of eating too much sugar. I was a true sugar addict and, for me, giving up sugar was anything but easy.
But you know what? I did a lot of reading, made a lot of plans, learned a lot of good information and then went for it anyway!
I've written about my trip sugarless "My 20 Days sugarless Story" so you can see how I did, which made me start this plan, the things discovered in the way, and the success it was. I called my diet "20 Days sugarless Challenge" but that was only the beginning; This is a diet that can go on forever
can do
Therefore, this is what I want to do.!; read articles, throw any sugar loaded food you have in your home (read food labels people!), and then choose a day to start your own diet without sugar. Plan your menu for the week, buy your healthy food and then just started. Stop Procrastinating!
The sooner you start, the sooner it will break its addiction to sugar and overcome their cravings, and the sooner you start to lose weight and feel great.
Come on - you can do it - and I'm with you every step of the way!
