When summer rolls around, they tend not feel like cooking, but I know if I do not eat healthily soon as I can I gain weight and then I will not want to wear my bathing suit. That's why I do not leave home without a couple of protein bars with me.

In my opinion, protein bars are the best healthy snack during the summer. The fruit is acceptable but lacking the protein and protein is a very beneficial nutrient.
