Initially, Dr. Walter uses this diet treat blood pressure, blood sugar and improve the condition of people with kidney problems. Later, when people began to show weight loss, which was used to do that too - lose weight. So here is the rice diet that will help you lose 7 to 10 pounds in 3 weeks.

Follow this daily routine and lose weight:

breakfast - same every day - a cup of cooked rice in water, without salt or sugar. If you wish, you can add a little lemon juice or olive oil. We recommend using the (integral) brown rice. As a snack, you can eat a piece of fruit between breakfast and lunch.

Lunch - during the first 7 days: cup of rice, a cup of beans, lentils, peas or a piece of whole grain bread. Salt down as much as possible.

Dinner for the first 7 days : a cup of rice and 150 g of lean meat (chicken, turkey, pork chops, fish) Do not use salt. You can add some lemon juice. You can eat a piece of whole grain bread.

Dinner for the second 7 days :. Cup of rice and a piece of whole grain bread
