Move your exercise bike or treadmill indoors during the colder months and make time to exercise at least 5 days a week. If you have not got these cardio machines at home, no stress! Try a yoga class or Pilates in the comfort of your own home by simply searching YouTube for a workout ... there are so many to choose from! Just find a workout you like the look of and go for it. A plan indoor activities always better than just sitting on the couch when I get home from work.
