last week not to publish a meal plan or anything else really. Well, that's not entirely true, because I did new post participation Melissa and seat kitchen freezer who has been waiting to climb for a couple of weeks. But personally, I have not written anything new. Seriously, what would I do without my writer Melissa ... she's so "on the ball" and well ... I'm not. I want to be. I try to be. But I get distracted way to ease. Especially when my best friend since 4 ap degree comes to town. I guess you could say I was on vacation last week so I'll blame it for being MIA. I've .. Although I did take part Monday and Tuesday to finish first monthly supply plan OYS, provocation exercise, and habit challenge . If you have not checked yet discovered then I encourage you to do so. Melissa and I worked hard on it. By the way, did you know OYS writer Melissa and I have known each other since we were in elementary school. If! We grew up across the street from each other. Just a little fun fact that 🙂
However, after eating plan was complete all I did was laziness with this girl! Look down. It was very good and exactly what the doctor ordered. Here is our photo session autofotos.
should also mention that my children were visiting my sister in Colorado so the last 10 days have been completely out of the ordinary for my. But come back tomorrow so it's back to the real world. Honestly, I can not wait to go back because I really miss them.
Please do not be mad, but I have a weigh for you this week. I am staying in our cabin a bit and we have a stopover here. I need to buy one to keep here because I want to reduce my "no regrets in" excuses as much as possible. The scale that I have at home is old, I do not even remember when or where I got it. I think the next bill will be present Weight Watchers scale . My mother has one and I like it. If you have a recommendation scale I'd love to hear about it.
Last week my exercise consisted of walking and laughing until my stomach hurt. Not exactly the same as running a few miles and planks, but it is what it is. I definitely feel like I could use a good solid center so this week I will get my exercise back on track.
Here's my agenda.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Cardio
45 minutes on the treadmill (10 minutes of heating, 25 minutes of running, 5 Powerwalk minutes in a plane inclined, and 5 minutes of cooling).
Core
** I doing core exercises a priority this week. My heart is starting to feel weak and loose with my lack of exercise.
2 (30 seconds) boards
2 (30 seconds) Russian twists
50 crunches (using my exercise ball)
Legs / rear
25 squats
25 lunges on both legs

Meal
I'm doing a lot of new recipes this week, so I do not have this eating plan on the Plan to eat yet. However, once they are made and posted on my blog I will load in the Plan to eat and put together a menu. Sooooo ... if you are in will eat send me a friend request (organizeyourselfskinny user name) and can access all of my recipes, menus, and print shopping lists. Really more addresses than you can handle almost every day so its likely some emails are lost in the black hole of my inbox. I intend to hire an assistant soon, so hopefully this will alleviate this problem. You know this is a good problem, but sometimes I can send email over the edge ... you know?
