Ugh. I was so disappointed and angry with myself for not. I had resigned. I could not deny myself anymore. Every single small drop of my willpower was exhausted in the three previous months.
willpower I've heard actually is a limited resource and has only a certain amount. So you should not test their willpower if not necessary. And they must establish healthy controls and balances that work for you.
Well, I used everything I refuse cookies that year in the country and cake at birthday parties and more ... I still feel that I have no willpower as strong as before. Throughout the history of my diet last I think I used my lifetime supply.
I remembered this today as I was shopping for Easter gifts for my family. He could have prevented huge, stuffed in favor of the hoped if I had done smarter, more reasonable options.
