Ustrasana (Camel Pose) Steps
- Kneel on the yoga mat and place your hands on your hips.
- knees should be in line with the shoulders and the soles of the feet should be facing the ceiling.
- As you inhale, draw on your tailbone toward the pubis, as if pulled from the navel.
- At the same time, arch your back and slide your palms on your feet until your arms are straight.
- Do not strain or bend the neck but keep it in a neutral position.
- Remain in this position for a couple of breaths.
- Exhale and slowly return to the starting position. Remove your hands and bring them back to their hips while straightening up.
