How Ayurveda can improve your health

Hey guys!

Basically I want to introduce something totally fascinated me from the moment I heard it and that is Ayurveda! I know what you're thinking, Ayr-What?

Well, I'm here to give you all the truth about how you can incorporate some of the principles of Ayurveda in daily life to help you feel healthier and happier!

What is Ayurveda?

I really learned to step back from strenuous exercise because that's not what my body has recently been longing for. I returned to my yoga routine that I kind of pushed aside a little for a few years because I really saw the exercise as just a way to burn calories.

Instead you need to slow down and do what feels good for my body and that is deep stretching and long walks, nothing too intense or heavy. I love it so far and I definitely feel like my stress levels have dropped a bit since the practice of some easier ways and slow exercise.
