Honestly, nobody cares about dieting Sh * t, but small changes can be made effortlessly.

As the weekend ended, I immediately thought of writing 5 essential elements to do this Monday to rejuvenate and make the most productive day.

The following foods are '' essential '' on Monday

1- caffeine lovers, consider for a coffee or tea only after their breakfast. Never start your day with tea or coffee. As the body recovered well on the weekend, avoiding morning coffee will keep you away from swelling. Have breakfast within 1 hour after awakening. Once done with it, take the pleasure of drinking your favorite caffeinated beverage.

2- The cheese and ghee are the best healthy fats. This will help you burn fat and build muscle. There are very high chances of improving your metabolism healthy fats. Therefore, include one portion each.

3- Peanuts and cashews are the best snack options . fat healthy choices again and instead this will help you burn fat too. Go crab and your favorite nuts and eat guilt-free, which is loaded with healthy fatty acids.

4- Paneer or fish- 100 grams is a necessity today in any of their food. They are very rich source of protein and healthy fats and therefore stimulates muscle growth.

5- completely avoid Maida, bread, cookies, or BHEL today. These foods are responsible for the fall of energy and, therefore, preventing not only help you lose fat but also keep dodging their levels of blood sugar.
