7 Stretches 7 minutes to complete Low Back Pain Relief

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. In this relaxed position, the lower back will not be in contact with the ground. Perform a pelvic tilt contracting the abdominal muscles so that the lower back against the floor passes. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat this movement three times and gradually build up to 10 repetitions. Then take a deep breath and contract your abdominals on the exhale, pulling your belly button toward the spine. Hold for 5 to 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
Now you should be ready to start the exercises.
1. The stretch of ground hamstring.
What works? Back of the thighs (the hamstrings)
Hold for 30 seconds. Do this 2 times with each leg.
Helpful Hint :. Contract your abs when the legs takes up
2. Knees to stretch the chest.
This helps to strengthen and relax your buttocks. Hold for 20 seconds for each leg twice.
3. stretching of the spine.
What works? Lower back / oblique. Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat on the other knee.
4. The piriformis stretch.
Hold for 30 seconds and repeat with the other leg.
5. The hip flexor stretch.
Hold for 30 seconds. Switch sides and repeat stretch.
6. quadriceps stretch go to bed.
Hold for 30 seconds. Switch sides and repeat stretch.
7. The total stretch back.
Hold this for 30 seconds and then try this:
Hold for 10 seconds.
After doing these exercises you should experience significant pain relief lower back. Sticking to a normal back stretching routine will help to keep the back strong and less likely to be injured.
