So what is this hype about catching to see them?
not know about you, but on site, around my neighborhood errands, or running does not cause much excitement. Go Pokémon has turned walk by our communities in a treasure hunt half, half the RPG that is incredibly attractive.
Within a week, Pokémon Go has become the number one mobile game with over 7 million downloads (you can download for your iPhone or Droid).
Players can use their phones to hunt and scavenge digital creatures (Pokémon). The problem is that you actually have to physically get out and walk around to find these creatures. Think of it as virtual bird watching, and you're halfway there. While most video games and sedentary keep us inside, Pokémon Go integrates physical and social dynamics.
trying to find all the different Pokémon in the game will take some time (there are 151), and players are rewarded for exploring new areas of your town or city, so different Pokémon appear in different locations.
It is this sense of exploration and wonder who called (pun intended) a lot of interest from people. They do not make fun of this game because you think it is for children -. All we could use a little more like a child's fun, activity, and imagination in our lives
Pokémon Go is a great reminder that exercise can be enjoyable and automatic, fueled by fun rather than by the uneasy feeling that in our heads.
Pokemon Go: How can help me get healthy
Walking is one of the best things we can do for ourselves: it has demonstrated in countless studies to walk further (5000 to 10,000 steps / day) may improve mood and body composition, as well as less anxiety. And Pokémon Go has the urge to walk out and get integrated into the game.
That grocery store on the corner or in the community center down the street? These are not just buildings: Now are refueling stops (Poké stops) with l00t ill in the attempt to catch em all. Poke each stop has a short update before you can use it again, so worth the walk and hit up as many as you can find!
More than that, to hatch the eggs you find in Pokémon Poké stops ... wait for it ... on foot! Walking more necessary to hatch the egg, the rarer the Pokémon.
For some, the game itself will be enough motivation to leave home. But how you can use the game to level up your day out even more?
A package of healthy food and walk to a park . A new park that is farther away? Even better! (Maybe you will find more rare Pokémon!)
Try walking around the mall, instead of shopping online (Hint: shopping centers tend to be loaded with Pokémon).
Take that yours dog for a longer walk. His victories and his army dog Pokémon wins.
If you walk much in your city / town, take a longer route to work / gym. or park farther away and walk further steps to hatch itself a new Pokémon!
ENDED in your lunch break: take a walk after having finished eating or take that walk after dinner
..or explore historical monuments (Poké stops tend to correspond with statues, monuments and places of interest.)
Warning: Do not use Pokémon Go as an excuse to walk to get ice cream. Reward yourself with things that reward your back (like new shoes for running / walking). We want to be careful not to integrate the game into our existing habits, but to use it as a means to build a healthier life.
Pokémon Go is easy and fun to work in a day exploring the city or hanging out at the park, but you can also integrate their training Pokémon with a little more advanced physical training!
Training Pokemon Go!
spend some time walking and hatching eggs, and when ready to take things to the next level, try Pokémon training Go!
Are you ready?
Is the number of repetitions of the following exercises, equal to its level coach. When you level up and increasing their level coach, will have to do more and more repetitions of each exercise.
But what do repetitions?
- Take a Pokémon flying? Or you could fly? Make jumps like a creature flapping its wings (well, you can do normal jumps)
- Take a Pokémon that does not fly? Do not Squats or burpees, a classic land based exercise.
- Take a Pokémon that looks like an error? Do lunges as an error moving his legs.
exercises experience:
- If a Pokémon around everything that could be done safely dominated is caught from (team game, most likely), then do push-ups or jumping chin-ups!
- still can not get enough? Each time a Pokémon, sprint to the corner (or other closure, points of reference) escapes.
- simply egg hatch? Sitting at the bottom of a squat for 30 seconds or more (as if incubating an egg!).
Some of you may find yourself saying: "I do not have children to take around or friends who are interested in this matter, what I can do?" We all know training partners can add accountability to any exercise routine. And we also know that many people are playing now.
I was at a concert this week and will call the employee had his phone lying on the table with Pokémon jogging. A natural conversation began in the Pokémon were running around the area, and gave me a clue as to where they were near Poké stations. A game that gets you moving around and helps overcome some social anxiety? Amazing. Here are some other great stories of the Rebellion:
I do not want to challenge the desert to meet people without a fan? Nerd output gym group Pokémon Go. There are also plenty of local groups Pokémon Van appearing on Facebook, Meetup, and other social media centers. Find one in your area and get out there!
PokeHacks Master Pokemon Go
With Pokémon Go be a completely new game, we've compiled some pro-tips for the arm with the knowledge you need to become a master trainer at any time.
If you are completely new, be sure to open the game menu in the upper right and click on "tips". It will give you a quick tutorial on important elements of the game!
Here are our tips and tricks boot. (We also created a full page Pokémon Jump to act as a glossary of the community / wiki of all things Pokémon Go. If you have something that should be added? Let us know in the comments!)
the Pokémon follow: the use of radar on the bottom right to find Pokémon in the area. Keep open radar and if the Pokémon that are tracking moves to the left or up on the grid, which means you're getting closer! You can also select the Pokémon on your radar, and then click the GPS compass to point your GPS in your direction.
Finding hot spots Pokémon :. Pokémon tend to congregate around areas of high traffic (shopping centers, bus stops, restaurants) as well as points of interest (statues, parks)
throwing technique, bonuses and enhancers: Over immersiveness but a slight advantage in the game, turn off your AR (switch in the upper right corner) to launch Pokéballs. This helps to focus on the best screen Pokémon. Some players also are launching a Poké Ball with his index finger instead of your thumb to be exact.
bonus Curveball: We've tried a lot of these techniques and found a tenuous connection at best. With only 10 additional XP, I would not worry about pursuing this bonus.
Nice, Great and excellent projection experience: In an extra 10, 50 and 100 respectively XP bonus, they are the ones who go after! Keep Pokeball and watch for a colored circle contraction. Hit the circle with his Pokeball! The smaller the circle, the higher the bonus!
Power Ups : If your Pokémon keep escape, berries razz use or more potent Pokéballs. Both will be available when you arrive at your highest level character.
Pokémon Transfer back to the teacher: has a lot of repetition of Pokémon? "Transfer" again to get an article called sweets, which can be used to turn on or evolve stronger Pokémon.
Power vs. evolution. What should I do? Usually, you need to evolve your Pokémon first, as a huge boost, permanent force. After evolve, you can decide whether you want to them even more.
Looking for a fast level? A lucky egg doubles experience bonus for all actions for 30 minutes. You can make the most of that valuable 30 minutes by the combination of the following:
save all your candy for a few days before. Be sure to transfer the weakest for candy, but save enough Pokémon that can evolve them. (If you have 36 candies PIDGEY, maintain the highest three Pidgeys evolving).
Park yourself in a coup stop and drop a lure on it (takes 30 minutes). Or you can find one else has used (the Poké stop will be releasing confetti pink-purple).
pop one of incense (lasts 30 minutes)
Pop your egg luck (lasts 30 minutes)
Start using all these candies saved for evolve your Pokémon. Thus, twice its 2000 bonus EXP for a Pokémon that was not before 1000 and for which already had.
Your bonus will also double capture, and you must be reeling 'em in quickly thanks to the attraction and incense. Now spend the next 30 minutes catching swarms of Pokémon and frantic evolution of everything you can. You can easily jump to levels 2-3 and become the best thing ever it was one.
Should I buy something from the store We believe that incubators are the best choice: incubators have, the more benefit you get when you walk around. fun incentive to get moving? Win!
Time of day makes a difference: Did you know that some different Pokémon can go out at night! Stay safe though!
Battery Storage: Enable battery saving function in the settings menu of the game! The phone is attenuated when turned upside down. For those of you who are not messing around, consider a portable charger!
Game frozen? Let that go.When doubt, force stop the game and restart it.
Gyms and Battles: There is no inherent advantage to any team color, choose the one you want. When training or fighting in a gym, pick your Pokémon based on other Pokémon weaknesses. Check out this handy chart.
all who wander. . . Probably playing Pokemon Go
Maybe you're ready to jump into the madness that is Pokémon Go. if you're not, I even hope it has enabled us regain a sense of curiosity and imagination in you ... that exercise does not have to be a chore, but it can be a pleasant side effect of just go out and have fun.
certainly hope to see more of this with video games in the future. Would not it be better to go out and play a game, rather than stay inside and pounding on a treadmill? And, of course, Pokémon Go might not replace your current exercise routine in the short term, but it can be an excellent (and fun) addition. Getting more steps every day is always recommended to improve physical health, and maintain a sense of child-like wonder is sure to improve your mental health as well.
Do you have any advice we can add to our Pokémon Go? Let us know in the comments!
Happy hunting!
Jim
