Midweek Check-In and Weighing

Tomorrow morning I'm going to Chicago for a two-day event! I'm really looking forward to the time in Chicago and spend some time with other mothers. The last few weeks have been difficult and although it is difficult to stop CC at this time, the timing of this trip is perfect.

The last few weeks have been difficult for various reasons. Little things have been building up and it's hard not to feel overwhelmed. The wonderful thing is that I have a lot of support and I am very grateful for the people in my life. Among Neal, Magnolia, my family, parents of Neal, our nursery, my friends, and our neighbors incredible, I feel like I'm staying afloat and am sorting through everything. I know I'm going to digest it all, enter a new slot, and find peace. It will just take time. Vaga, I know, but I wanted to share where I am. My hope is that from my trip to Chicago, the weekend ahead (Billy Joel concert !!), and the fact that my sister is moving to the east coast next week (YAY !!!!!) , I'll have some time to relax, refresh, mediate, and the plan.

This was a short week on Weight Watchers because of my trip to Chicago. I decided to go up to my regret in today because I'll be traveling, cutting my short week for 2 days. It was a week of awful diet and exercise wise, but it's hard to feel good when overcome stress. I tracked everything I ate this week, even when he ate more than I needed this past weekend .

Diet
The last two days have been very good. He had healthy breakfast to start the day, eat takeaways at home, and a portion of the 9SP Chicken Tamale Casserole I ate Sunday. This weekend I struggled overeating due to stress and this week the work I've struggled not eating enough due to stress. It is no surprise, but stress is not good for weight loss. Whether you are eating too much or not eating enough. Wack system is launched.

Friday - 42/40 (2 used weeklies)
Saturday - 46/40 (6 used weeklies)
Sunday - 59/40 (19 used weeklies)
Monday - 39/40
Tuesday - 21/40

Breakfast
Exercise
I have some great workouts in the past week ! Exercise is a great stress reliever for me, so I made sure to make my workouts a priority! I got 2 trainings in OrangeTheory (plus one) this morning and went for some roads with my family.

Friday - 10,363 steps
Saturday - 10,568 steps
Sundays - 11,031 steps
Monday - 12,701 steps
Tuesday - 2,981 steps

I need to find something for Tuesday and Thursdays. I work 08 a.m.-7 p.m. two days, so training just does not happen. Going out for a walk during my lunch break or go to the gym at work would probably be the best way for me to get some movement. I'm not looking for a workout these days, but with steps 2K those days, "m essentially just sit all day. I know I'll feel better if I get some kind of movement. Something to work on next week!

Auto Care
I admit it's hard to focus on my own welfare when life is stressful. I've been going through the motions this week and can not wait to use the next days to recharge . I will definitely report on how it has been the long weekend! a few things I do, however, reconnected with an old friend, who was so good for my heart and has been good to reconnect with her . also I have a partner Watchers incredible weight of crime and our messages daily text mean the world to me (you're the best Kim!). I also I continued reading my Bible and praying. I feel peace steaming From that moment.

I am also grateful for the sunsets. I've always felt more at peace when I'm in nature, so I've been grateful for the sunsets sun kills lately. This was from the night before and that made my late night at work worth it!

Weighing

I was hoping to maintain my weight this week, but in my opinion, the stress got the best of me this week. I ate more than I normally do on the weekend, do not eat enough yesterday, and had only the weekend over 2 days. I'm happy with my weighing, especially because I feel I know the cause.

Starting weight: 254 pounds
Week 11 Weight: 245.6
Week 11 results: +1.0
total weight loss: -8.4 pounds

My goal is to enjoy my trip to Chicago to track the best you can in Chicago, to return to my routine on Saturday, and to get some good workouts in this next week. I'll put it out there, but my goal this next week is to hit the target lost 10 pounds! I want to overcome that obstacle! I'll have to lose at least 1.6 pounds, I know I can do if I follow the plan Weight Watchers.

Here's to a great time in Chicago and a successful week 12 in Weight Watchers! It's hard to believe I'm hitting the mark of 3 month!
